Team Sue,

It's the final countdown, and we are focused on a strong finish to this campaign. This past week, former Mayor and Presidential Candidate Pete Buttigieg released a video on my behalf letting voters know why he endorsed my candidacy. A true honor!

I was also featured in a Keene Sentinel election preview on October 21, 2020.

In the final days of the campaign, we are full steam ahead - from meeting with the Dartmouth Democrats to participating in visibility events throughout the district and supporting the entire Democratic ticket with lit-drops - socially distanced, of course! On Saturday, I joined with Executive Councilor Mike Cryans to speak with voters on the Lebanon Green, encouraging them to "VOTE NOW". Many communities, including Lebanon, have extended hours to drop off absentee ballots as well as set up drop boxes near the City Clerk's office to make the submission of ballots easy and safe.

Our final Zoom Town Hall of the campaign season takes place this Thursday, and my guest will be Jeffrey Richardson, former Executive Director of Serve DC, the Mayor's Office on Volunteerism.  Jeffery and I will discuss "Breaking Down the Barriers to Inequality: A Conservation for Community Leaders." Please join us for this important social justice conversation.

Looking ahead to November 3rd, we will be hosting an virtual Election Night Watch Party via Zoom 9-11pm. We hope you can stop by to hear election results first-hand from volunteers throughout Senate District 5 and enjoy the camaraderie of watching state and national returns among friends.

As we enter the final week of this race, I have three asks:

1) VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE. If you have an absentee ballot, you can hand deliver it to your Town/City Clerk or drop it off at your local polling location on November 3rd, by 5:00p.m. There are a lot of tight races up and down the District 5 ballot. You can choose to vote in person, just remember to apply safety/social distancing rules.

2) Volunteer to hold a sign at a polling location in the district on November 3rd (email sprentiss@prentissfornhsenate.com if you can help!)

3) Donate: click the button below! It is imperative that we, democrats, maintain control of the State Senate. Contributing below enables that to happen.

Your help has propelled us along in this important race, and I am thankful for your support. Together, we are pressing toward a more prosperous, inclusive New Hampshire for all of us.

We've got this!

Sue
